To bridge individual or several school-free days for primary school children you can use the hourly childcare service.
Kids Fun on Campus
With the "Kids Fun on Campus" series, the Family Service organizes childcare during various school-free times on the University of Graz campus.
The programme is adapted to the size of the group, the age of the children and the weather. It is based on the needs of the children and offers indoor and outdoor activities, adventurous and recreational activities, excursions, workshops, field trips and various games and books.
When? 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with lunch
Where? Campus of the University of Graz, meeting point Kids' Room in the main library
For whom? Children from 6 to 10 years
Costs? 100€ per child and holiday programme for Uni Graz, KUG, JR, FHJ
External children can participate subject to availability, please contact us. The costs for external children are 200€ per child and programme.
Pre-registration?
Please register your child(ren) under this link.
The places are reserved for you according to the pre-registration.
You can change or cancel your pre-registration at any time.
You will receive the registration form for the binding registration 3 weeks before the childcare event takes place.

Childcare for primary school children during the summer holidays
This offer is a compatibility-supporting offer in contrast to subject-specific offers such as sports, creative weeks or science education.
It offers parents security with regard to childcare so that they can plan their summer weeks.
The holiday fun on campus can be booked without a registration deadline for members of the University of Graz, the University of Art and Design Graz, Joanneum Research and FH Joanneum .
When does it start?

| Around the campus of the University of Graz up to the Rosenhain and other excursion destinations, playgrounds and adventures |

Cost contribution?
| The exact cost information will be available from December 2025. From the end of April 2026 you will receive the form for binding registration and thus confirmation of the fixed place. |

| Please register your child(ren) in the desired weeks under this link. Your childcare places are reserved for you according to the pre-registration. External friends' children can take part subject to availability, but we can only provide information on this from the end of April. |
